the room was clean. the buffet breakfast had great variety. the gym is spacious and well-equipped with a lot of machines, like treadmills and weights.

The staff was prompt. they responded quickly to our requests. It was greatly appreciated. staff helped arrange outside activities and local transportation. most staff were helpful and nice. Their positive attitude.

the gym was somewhat tired. it had the normal range of cardio equipment, a small selection of weights and machines. the air-con could have been turned up a bit because it was warm for cardio. i wish it were cooler!

the hotel is located near the airport, simplifying our arrival and departure. buses offer affordable transportation to explore attractions and downtown. this location provides a quieter setting away from the bustling hotel strip, which suited our preferences.

The pools looked clean. the grounds were well kept. i noticed staff consistently kept up with gardening and maintenance. the pools had steep unfenced drops down to the beach. this might be very dangerous for young children. Keep this in mind.

the location was at the beginning of the hotel zone. the beach was clean. there were good options for eating and a friendly staff by the pool..

the service was not great. i had to hunt down someone to pay for a beer. the rooms was like they were from the 1990s. the hotel seemed to lack attention to detail.
